Ministry Scheduler Pro will assign two Sacristans for each Weekend Mass. One to remain in the sacristy to assist the Presider and complete set-up and one to take the Parishioner count required by the 8/26/2023 EMHC Guidelines for Host consecration. Should you find yourself alone at a Weekend Mass and unable to count, average the posted headcount for that Mass’ past two or three weekends and add 50%. That should enable sufficient Hosts to be consecrated for your Mass. You do not need the added stress of counting at the very last minute.
